Welcome to Horizon Agriculture Technology. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our drone equipment and camera products. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Horizon Agriculture Technology, registered in Australia.

  • "Customer" refers to any person or entity purchasing from our store.

  • "Products" refer to drones, cameras, and related accessories sold by the Company.

  • "Website" refers to horizonagtech.com.au.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept bank transfers.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Customers must inspect their package upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all non-defective returns. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, un-activated, and in its original packaging. Software licenses can only be returned if they have not been activated.

  • Ex Demo or second hand equipment is sold as is.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds and returns are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • Products are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase specified by the manufacturer.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  • This warranty is in addition to rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Compliance with Laws

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of drones complies with Australian aviation and privacy laws, including regulations set by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).

  • The Company is not liable for any legal issues arising from improper drone usage.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of the Company and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy Policy

  • By using our website and purchasing from us, you consent to our data practices.
